Dr Ashok Sharma, Honorary Medical Advisor

Dr Sharma is a Senior Consultant Physician with Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre ('EHIRC') , New Delhi, having special interests in Diabetes and Cardiology. He graduated from Delhi University and is a post graduate MRCP from UK. After having worked in the UK as a Registrar/ Senior Registrar in areas such as Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Rheumatology, he returned to India and joined EHIRC in 1993.

Currently, Dr Sharma is responsible for all in-house medical consultations at EHIRC and is also actively involved in teaching programs for the in-house PGDCC doctors. He currently serves as the Chairman of EHIRC's Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee and is also a member of the Infection Control Committee.

Dr Sharma's expertise, coupled with his experience and knowledge of the Indian Healthcare Sector, will immensely benefit our clients both in the long and short run.

Mr Nishant Mittal, Director

Nishant brings over 8 years of diverse consulting experience in the Indian Financial Services Sector, having worked with consulting firms such Ernst & Young ('E&Y'), BMR Advisors, DTZ International and PricewaterhouseCoopers ('PwC').

During his professional career, Nishant has successfully led and executed several Internal Audit, Clause 49/ SoX 404 Certification, Enterprise Risk Management and Process Review engagements. Subsequently, Nishant was actively involved in M&A's offering Lead Advisory Services, conducting Business Valuations for raising PE funding and offering Transaction and Negotiation Support services to clients across diverse industries. Nishant also brings diverse international work experience having worked in various overseas locations such Jacksonville, Florida (USA), Milton Keynes (UK) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

Nishant is a Chartered Accountant from 'The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India' and holds a MBA, with specialisation in Finance, from Nanyang Business School, Singapore. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Mr Udai Vashisht, Director

Udai brings over 5 years of diverse consulting experience in Business Risk Services, having worked with consulting firms such Ernst & Young and BMR Advisors, a boutique consulting firm specialising in Tax, Risk and other consulting services.

During his professional association with these firms, Udai was involved in numerous projects such as Internal Audits, Process Design and Re-engineering, Revenue Assurance, SoX 404 Certification and Enterprise Risk Management engagements across diverese industries, both locally & internationally.

Udai holds a MBA, with specialisation in Finance and Strategy from Cardiff Business School, United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Dr Abhishek Kumar MRCP, Director

Dr Kumar is a cardiologist and an ALS instructor based in UK. He completed his medical training in India. Recognising the lack of organised emergency medical services, resuscitation training and clinical governance issues in Indian Healthcare Sector, he conceptualized the idea of bringing international expertise to India to improve public safety, clinical skills and standards so that an effective, efficient and quality care could be provided to the people at their door step in the hour of need.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are practising clinicians, senior nurses and paramedics who are highly experienced in their respective fields and work together as a team to deliver high quality, relevant and evidence based training tailored to your needs.

We constantly monitor and assess their performance and skills to ensure that they consistently exceed expectations. Feedback from our trainees is an integral part of their monitoring and service development.

We will use our international pool of trainers from UK and Australia to provide trainings. We will also develop a local group of instructors who will be rigorously trained and vetted by our international experts to provide training alongside them in future.
